Warm potato salad with anchovy

Warm potato salad with anchovy

Ingredients:
Salad Lollo Rosso
Salad Of Lollo Bionda
Microgrid (sprouted pea shoots, radish, sunflower)
Mayonnaise
Bow
Anchovies
Pickles
Cucumber
Tomatoes
Potatoes
Vegetable oil
Thyme
Rosemary
Chopped garlic

Preparation:
Fry potatoes in vegetable oil, add the thyme, rosemary and finely chopped garlic. Fry until Golden brown.

Mixed salad (Lollo Rosso, Lolo Biondo, microgrid) dressed with homemade mayonnaise. Add the finely chopped onion, anchovies, salted and fresh cucumber, slices of tomatoes.

When potato cools, spread on a plate, add salad mix.

Decorate with lettuce and anchovy fillets.
