How to cook the perfect salad

Recipe. Warm salad with red beans
Ingredients: 100 g red beans, 1 carrot, 1 onion, 100 g of cauliflower or broccoli, 1 small zucchini, 1 clove of garlic, 2-3 strips of bacon, 2-3 sprigs of dill, parsley or cilantro, salt, pepper, wine vinegar to taste.
Soak the beans overnight and boil until soft without adding salt. Cut the onion into rings, carrots and zucchini — julienne (very thin strips), cauliflower disassemble on inflorescences. Heat the olive oil in a deep frying pan or wok and fry the vegetables, starting with onions and ending with zucchini.
