Appetizer of chicken wings

Ingredients for 1 serving:

Onions shnit – 3 gr.
Dill, parsley – 3 grams.
Chicken wings – 230 gr.
Sunflower oil – 40 gr.
Soy sauce – 12 oz.
Starch – 15 g.
Salt – 2 gr.
Spices – 2 oz.
Cherry tomatoes – 16 oz.
Sauce for chicken wings, “Baboon” — 50 gr.
Sauce cream butter 2 gr.
Lemon – 20 gr.
Iceberg lettuce – 5 gr.
Salad Lola Rossa – 5g.

Preparation:

Chicken wings separated from the bones so that would move to the edge as shown in photo.

Then made the sauce in which the wings are marinated.

Dipped in the sauce the wings are covered in starch and fried in deep fat.

The finished wings are laid out on a plate and decorated with herbs, salads and tomatoes.
